Emergency Vet
Pet emergencies come in all shapes and forms, and they're not always obvious. It's important that you recognize the signs of an animal emergency so you can act quickly and get your pet the medical care they need. While we are not able to see emergency cases, Dyer Animal Clinic is always willing to offer advice by phone during our opening hours. Call us at (219) 865-3737.
If your pet exhibits any of these symptoms, take them straight to an emergency vet:

- Choking or difficulty breathing
- Excessive diarrhea or vomiting
- Blood in urine, stool, or vomit
- Unexplained lethargy or depression
- Disorientation
- Seizures
- Injuries to the eyes
- Ingestion of a toxic substance
